Early Mother's Day

Next weekend on Mother's Day the kids do not have CCD classes. So this week they each made gifts for Mom for Mother's Day! Alex gave me the cute flower, and Janie the bracelet. Each color of the bracelet represents something, it came with a poem. Its really cute. Alex's flowers are awesome too, the worm spells out MOM. VERY CUTE! And both were super excited to give it to me. I love early surprises!

I love both of the gifts! What do all the colors on the bracelet mean?

Here is the poem.

This little bracelet was made with love for you on this mother's Day. The beads were strung to show you what you mean to me in oh so many ways. The red is for the love you give to me each and every day. Purple is for the fun we have when we laugh and play. Green is for how much I've grown with your tender care. How wonderful it it is for me to know that you're always there. Blue is for how good I feel when you tuck me in at night. And yellow for the joy I feel seeing you in the morning light. Pink is for folding hands and teaching me how to pray and warmly, gently, lovingly, showing me God's way. This little bracelet was made with love for you on this Mother's Day. The beads were strung to show you what you mean to me in oh so many ways!
