Frustrated

Why does school have to be so complicated? Do you know how many times I thought I was almost done? OK so my classes start on the 11th. As does Janie's and Alex starts daycare that day. Its going to be a big day. Anyway back on track. So I transferred from the Jefferson City campus of Columbia College to the Online Campus. Which is incredibly goofy because I was taking all of my classes online anyway. But since my address was changing I had to do this. When I finished up my last two classes in May I had 3 to go. WOO HOO. I could see the light at the end of the tunnel. I would finally be done by Christmas. What a great present. Today I got an email from Columbia College saying I had 15 hours left. In other words 5 classes which would take me into at least March. Don't worry, I've been on the phone. As most of you all know, you really don't want to mess with me when I'm ticked off. I was nice and calm, but they are definitely checking into things and they have assured me that I only have three classes left. Hopefully we get this right and I am done in December. Its so frustrating.

Oh and in regards to Janie's school, we went today and registered as a new student. And Alex has orientation tomorrow at the daycare.

The Aquarium

Today we went in to Nashville, to the Opry Mills Mall. We've really enjoyed this mall. Its not your typical mall with Macy's or Dillard's but more of an outlet mall in doors. We love the Nike store, The Children's Place, and several others. There is also a Rain Forest Cafe, a Johnny Rockets, Tony Roma's and a place called The Aquarium. David has been dying to try this place since the first time we went to the mall. So today he finally talked us into it. The atmosphere was amazing.

It's truly and "under the sea dining experience". There was even a guy in scuba gear inside cleaning the plants and walls. So the kids loved seeing the sharks, and other fish swimming around while we were eating. Alex kept screaming "SHARK" like we were on the beach. So the atmosphere was good, the food expensive, and not good. So anyone who comes to visit us, we will not be going there. Lets just stick to the rain forest. The fish was rubbery, the calamari was over done. It was YUCK! But the inside was pretty cool.

Moving to Tennessee

So we've moved from Jefferson City, MO to Hendersonville, TN. It's really only six and a half hours. Not too bad. The move went okay. Unfortunately the house still hasn't sold. So for now we are living in an apartment. It's a little crowded but the kids love having a pool.

We've been here about a month. David has adjusted beautifully. He loves his job, his new boss, his co-workers. All of it. Me on the other hand, I'm ready to go home. I think its starting to settle in that this is for real. And we are probably going to be here awhile. Its a very strange feeling. Hopefully it gets better soon.

So this is my attempt at a blog. We will see how it goes. I'm hoping it will keep me busy and I won't think of being at home too much. I hope everyone enjoys. Please let me know what you think.

Till Next Time!
